🚨🚨BIG 2024 DISNEY NEWS🚨🚨

✨This Disney Dining Plan is returning for trips starting January 9, 2024. You can book the regular Disney Dining Plan or the Quick Service Dining Plan. Annual Passholders WILL be able to make room-only bookings and add the dining plan to that without having to book extra tickets. DCV members will also be able to add the dining plan onto a DVC booking.

✨Disney World will NO LONGER REQUIRE PARK PASSES for guests using date-based tickets starting January 9, 2024 (This excludes cast members, Annual Passholders, and those using non-dated tickets like student groups, convention groups, some promotional tickets, etc., who will still need to book park passes.)

✨Disney World will introduce “Good-to-Go Days” when Annual Passholders and cast members will not need to book park passes (this is in addition to the current benefit where annual passholders don’t need to book park passes for visits after 2PM on weekdays).

✨Extended Evening Hours and Early Theme Park Entry hotel guest benefits will be extended through 2024.

✨Walt Disney World is currently working on ways to make Genie+ available for planning BEFORE your trip

✨Walt Disney World 2024 packages will be officially available to be booked starting May 31, 2023.

I know what you’re thinking…pizza in Disney World is not the best. And you’d be right…except for when it comes to Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria! This is by far the best pizza on Disney World property. Here you will find Naples-style pizza and authentic Italian cooking!

EPCOT International Festival of the Arts has officially begun! This festival in EPCOT is running through February 20th and although its a short festival, it is such a FUN celebration of art and cuisine! One of the many delicious dishes is the Tomato Soup with Pimento Cheese, Bacon and Fried Green Tomato Grilled Cheese as shown in the photos above (they also make a regular tomato soup with grilled cheese FYI)

This festival has Disney on Broadway concerts, food studios, live music, artists painting gorgeous pictures right before your eyes, an animation academy where an animation artist teaches you how to draw Disney characters, a paint by numbers mural, artful photo ops, and so much more!

Universal Parks & Resorts has a NEW vacation destination and its TEXAS!

New rides, shows, character meet-and-greets, and a hotel are coming to Frisco, Texas at a brand new family-focused resort. This resort will be specifically targeted towards younger kids and their families and will take up 97 acres of land!

🚨Disney Dropped So Much News Today🚨

✨ Happily Ever After back in Magic Kingdom on April 3, 2023

✨ EPCOT Forever returns to EPCOT on April 3, 2033

✨ Harmonious will have its last performance in EPCOT on April 2, 2023

✨ Disney Enchantment will have its last performance in Magic Kingdom on April 2, 2023

✨ TRON Lightcycle Run will open on April 4, 2023 in Tomorrowland in Magic Kingdom

✨ Disney confirmed there will be Disney Vacation Club previews, annual passholder previews, and cast member previews for TRON Lightcycle Run. Not dates announced yet

✨ Starting January 10th, hotel guests at Disney World hotel will receive complimentary overnight self-parking

✨ Complimentary PhotoPass photos taken at attractions will now be included with a Genie+ purchase at Disney World. No date yet announced for the start of this change

✨ Walt Disney World Annual Passholders will no longer need a park pass reservation to visit the parks after 2PM, with the exception of Magic Kingdom on Saturdays and Sundays. No date set when this change is in effect

🚨BREAKING NEWS🚨 Is this Disney’s answer to the missing Dining Plan?? Eligible guests will receive a Disney Dining Promo Card with a dollar amount that’s based on the category of Disney resort hotel they book, providing guests with the opportunity to “Stay, Play, & Dine” this summer. Here’s how it works….

When you purchase a 5-night, 4-day non-discounted room and ticket package at select participating resorts, you’ll receive a Disney Dining Promo Card in the amount of up to $750.

The card can be used to purchase food and beverage at select participating locations throughout Walt Disney World.

The offer, which is now available, only applies to trips booked for arrival dates between July 1st, 2023, and September 14th, 2023. Other dates may apply, but the dining card amount may not be as high. Once you check in, each reservation will receive one promo card via email to be spent at select restaurants around Disney World. The card’s value will be determined based on your vacation arrival date, number of nights, and which hotel you choose. Basically, it works similarly to a gift card…but only at restaurants.

The offer is good for up to a $750 Dining Promo Card. Here are the values based on travel dates and resorts:
* At value resorts — $35 per night if your arrival date falls from June 25th-June 30th or July 11th-31st, and $50 per night if your arrival date falls from July 1st-10th or August 1st-September 14th
* At moderate resorts — $75 per night if your arrival date falls from June 25th-June 30th or July 11th-31st, and $100 per night if your arrival date falls from July 1st-10th or August 1st-September 14th
* At deluxe resorts — $125 per night if your arrival date falls from June 25th-June 30th or July 11th-31st, and $150 per night if your arrival date falls from July 1st-10th or August 1st-September 14th

Spending New Years Eve at Walt Disney World? Here is what you need to know:

* Magic Kingdom and Epcot will be open until 1am and Hollywood Studios until midnight

* Magic Kingdom will have “Fantasy in the Sky” at 6:30pm and 11:50pm with the last show including a countdown

* DJ Dance parties will be located throughout Magic Kingdom

* Epcot will host DJ Dance parties in the different countries throughout the World Showcase Pavilion and fireworks will begin at 11:54pm (this is my personal favorite and definitely the park I recommend on New Years Eve especially for adults)

* Hollywood Studios will have a high-energy dance party and “sizzling spectacular” in front of Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway

🚨BREAKING NEW🚨 We have a closing date for Splash Mountain! Splash Mountain will be closing on January 23, 2023.

The ride will definitely be missed. It was always one of my personal favorites. However, it will be exciting to see this ride reimagined as Tiana’s Bayou Adventure!

Disney dropped A LOT of news on their tickets and parks. Here is a rundown of what you missed:

- Park specific pricing will be put in place starting December 8th for 1-day, 1-park tickets (more popular parks like Magic Kingdom will cost more to visit than less popular parks like Animal Kingdom).

- Park Hoppers and other add-ons will soon be priced differently based on date purchased.

- Dining reservations can now be cancelled within TWO HOURS of your reservation time with no penalty (this is much easier than when the rule was 24 hours)

- Most annual passes will see a price increase starting December 8th. Three out of the four annual passes are still paused for new sales, but renewals of those annual passes will see a price increase. The Pixie Dust Pass (the only annual pass currently for sale) will not see any changes

I didn’t know Coco Puffs on coffee were necessary until I tried this drink. This is the Spike Cold Brew Black Caf. This is located in Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Kat Saka’s Kettle. It is made with Joffrey’s Coffee cold brew with Godiva chocolate liqueur topped with sweet cream cheese and chocolate puffs. There is also a version of this drink without alcohol. Book your trip to Disney World today and try this delicious treat!

Many people people don’t know about this hidden gem of a pastry shop in Disney Springs! This is Amorette’s Patisserie. This is located in Town Center at Disney Springs. It offers delicious cakes, cookies, gluten free macarons, New York-style cheesecake and more!
