If meeting The Grinch is a must for you during the holidays while at Universal Orlando like myself, booking The Grinch & Friends Character Breakfast is the best way to make that unique meet and greet a reality without waiting 2 or 3+ hours normally.

Celebrating Christmas 🎄with the citizens of Whoville at Seuss Landing has never been this fun! You start your experience with a special park entrance to make sure you are not fighting the early entrance crowds to make your reservation on time. Once you check in at The Circus McGurkus Cafe Stoo-Pendous, you are seated and given a post card which grants you special access to meet The Grinch. I scheduled the 8am Breakfast and was the first one in line! Usually, the line is only about 10 minutes long which is amazing compared to the 180 minute line I saw that afternoon. The interactions with The Grinch are hilarious and really one of the highlights of my trip. After we sat back down where we had already received a selection of mini muffins as well as yogurt granola for the table to share and ordered our food. I ordered the Cindy Loo Breakfast Sandwich which was absolutely delicious!

I am debarking on a new adventure for a few days to head to one of my favorite places, Orlando! ☀️

First, I’ll be staying at Disney's Pop Century Resort and attending Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party 🎄

Then, I’ll be attending the first-ever U-Preferred Symposium 🥳 I’m so excited and honored to be one of two agents selected from the agency to attend.

A little bout the Symposium— I’ll be staying at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort and attending conferences at Loews Royal Pacific Resort— both are gorgeous!

The symposium will be full of meetings, workshops, and presentations from Universal’s executive team. I can’t wait to hear what Universal has in store for us next year and network with Universal partners and other travel agents. Plus- they say they have some surprises up their sleeves 😎

I'm even treating myself to a little something special and attending Breakfast with the Grinch on my last morning, right before my flight home! 😁😁

I just finished unpacking from my Royal Caribbean cruise and now I'm beginning to pack for my next adventure!

In 10 days, I will be heading back to Orlando for an invitation only training at Universal Orlando Resort! Our itinerary has so many exclusive events, tours and executive seminars to learn more about the Universal brand! With their 4th theme park opening next year, Universal is a huge contender in Orlando for your family vacations!

☠️👽Are you brave enough to experience Halloween Horror Nights - Universal Orlando? 👻🎃

While we were visiting Orlando two weeks ago, a fellow agent and I snuck off to HHN 33 at Universal Orlando Resort! We had AN ABSOLUTE BLAST! This was my 3rd year attending this event and my favorite event in Orlando! (Sorry, not sorry!) I have mastered how to get the most out of your ticket, whether you purchase the basic ticket or with RIP passes!

We showed up ready to tackle haunted houses, scarezones, the show & ride some rides. AND WE DID IT ALL!

It was definitely a night Madilyn Pennison & I will never forget! Thanks for tagging along with me!

Imagine this: you and your family are planning 6-nights at Disney, 4 day park hopper tickets, & tickets to Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party for your family of 7. Seems easy enough, right? 😍

But then the unexpected happens - an impending hurricane. My clients probably could have booked this trip themselves. But instead, they booked with me & as their travel agent I spent over 6 hours on the phone on from Monday morning Tuesday afternoon making modifications & getting refunds for them. 😳

🌀 Vacation package modified from Oct 🎃 to Nov 🎄
🌀 Resort unavailable so worked to find something comparable & applied a promotion
🌀 Dining reservations cancelled to avoid penalties
🌀 Lightning Lanes cancelled & refunded
🌀 Party tickets modified to Christmas party
🌀 Rescheduled their stroller & scooter rental
🌀 Rescheduled their private airport transfers

Sure, you could do it yourself… or you could book with a travel agent for no additional charge. Seems like a no brainer🩷✨

In the meantime, all of my other clients in Orlando, at sea, and out of the country have been contacted. Everyone is doing well & prepared to be adaptable. They each have my cell phone number if they need anything. My services extend during & beyond travel, as well!
