Sunday run day. Was surprised to see the gloomy clouds and the chilly air hanging in the air. Took a while to warm up but had a solid 12 mile run today.
Active contemplation of the day, know what you do when your running up a steep grade. You lean into it. Same way I lean towards my Creator when things get tough, I’m reminded of the tough moments the Eternal one has pulled me through.
