My 40th birthday cake. When it comes to my personal preference nothing beats chocolate. I craved something chocolaty, rich and lush so that’s what I’ve made. I’ve paired it with coffee to bring out the flavour of the chocolate and added a praline feuilletine to add a sutle crunch and voila. Just heaven.
