Vacation rental in Mont Blanc - monthly or seasonal only
No smoking, No pets
AVAILABLE FOR YOUR USE WHILE AT BEAVER LODGE:
Frig with freezer, ceramic cooktop with Jenn Air grill and self-cleaning oven (under counter ventilation), microwave, keurig plus a regular coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle
Pots, pans, utensils, dishes, cups, mugs, bowls, etc
Kitchen has -- flippers, tongs, slotted spoon, ladle, cutting chopping knives, cutlery, corkscrew, scissors, lighter, whisk, potato peeler, masher, grater, can opener, mixing spoon, steak knives, oven mitts, pot holders, tea towels, dish rags, salt & pepper mills, spatula, measuring cup, plates, mugs, paper towel holders, dish soap, pots, pans, frying pan with lid, large strainer, dish trays, cutting board, baking tray, milk pitcher.

Everything included -- heat, hydro, water, sewer, garbage pickup, taxes, free parking for 2 cars. Extra parking up on hilltop in front.
The only thing you need to have on your own is renter's insurance and phone (if you own a house in Canada check about tagging it on)

BBQ for your use but you need to get your own tanks.
Wood stove inside. We have lots of kindling but you need to buy your own hardwood. There is soft wood outside for bonfires but DO NOT put soft wood in the woodstove as it will catch fire in the chimney. Hard wood only!

Quiet residential neighborhood. Location is very private and 3 minute drive from small grocery store and Mont Blanc skiing. 15 min drive to Mt Tremblant.
Public beach and Lac Carre are 130 steps out the back door.
This is a completely separate house all to yourself. Ground floor.
Perfect for someone with mobility issues as there are NO STAIRS except the front porch.
If you are usually in Florida and therefore have a camper to store we have the space up top.
I will not be coming inside to restock or clean during your stay, so you need to clean while you are there and before you leave. There is a vaccuum, mop and broom.
This is a short term rental unit so it does not fall within the Landlord Tenant Act and you cannot stay longer than 10 mos.
If you stay for any length of time, know that when you arrive it will be SPARKLING CLEAN and when you leave, you must also leave it SPARKLING CLEAN. You must be respectful of neighbors, quiet as a mouse, and clean the unit completely when you leave.
I ask for a large deposit that is NOT for last month rent, it is for vacancy / cleaning and / or damages. If I need to clean the unit, I charge $50/hr from this deposit. It is in your best interest to leave it as clean as you found it.
If it's in the unit, it's there for your use unless it's locked in owner's cupboards.
Please bring your own charging cords for your devices.
