if you can’t live without it on your trip, don’t take any chances by packing it in your checked luggage. Always keep necessary medications, supplies, glasses, etc. in your carry-on bag. Trips are never long enough and you would hate to waste valuable time trying to replace items in a lost or delayed checked bag when you could be enjoying your destination.

Anyone who has traveled recently knows there is a good chance you will get delayed. Traveling with babies or little ones is hard enough, so it is best to be prepared. When we were new parents, our pediatrician recommended one diaper for every planned hour of our trip (6 hour flight = 6 diapers) And packing extra clothes for that "uh oh" moment will save you (and your fellow passengers) from a stinky situation.
