3 bedrooms with king-size bed and each with its own bathroom. One of the rooms has a separate entrance.
1 maisonette including a bedroom and bathroom
A large living room with a fully equipped american kitchen, a dining area and a lounge with fire place
A laundry room with washing machine and dryer

A secured and heated swimming pool (9m * 4.75m)

The swimming pool is heated from April until the end of October
2 terraces: one just next to the kitchen with barbecue and amazing view, the 2nd is located next to the swimming pool
Possibility to park 3 cars on the property, which is secured by a gate. Within walking distance, there is a supermarket, restaurant, bar and bakery. The local market is also only 2 minutes walk and takes place on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
Lake Saint-Cassien and Golf de Terre Blanche are 10 minutes away by car. The sea is 20km away and Cannes 25km. The airport of Nice Côte d'Azur is only 45 minutes by car and St-Tropez 1 hour.

The Domaine du Chateau de Berne is located 60km from Montauroux and is definitely worth a visit. Enjoy a delicious lunch in the restaurant l’Olivier de Berne and afterwards be entertained by a winetasting 🍷☀️
