NEW electric infrastructure finally being installed at the property. The old girl has been given new footings, some new interior framing, some new moisture treatments and has a few new design changes in her future, inside AND out! Forty and fabulous. ! 🤣 Got some new shoes and a little work done 🤣
Next step, interior electric, and as soon as we are able to connect to the grid and power up we will test the AC and start to close it up!

Post Hurricaine images. When we arrived in Fort Myers just a day after the storm to see what, if anything, was left, we held back tears when we came around the corner and saw this little trailer that could. The water line was up to the middle of the TV, and there was a fish in the Florida room! RIP little buddy.
