I also would add generally a host with a direct booking site is indicative of a better stay, experience, and host because these people take the time and care enough to help save their guests 💰. We want all our guests the have a great stay! But doesn’t mean if someone doesn’t have a direct site they’re a bad host. 📍 Also see the difference in price for the same dates for a direct booking vs the cost on Airbnb.

🍁 Fall is coming!🍁. It has been so hot this week in the state so we are looking forward to the cooler mountain air that’s right around the corner! Which means fall decor gets to come out soon! 🙌🏼 who has already decorated for fall? We will have to hit up again for our pumpkins

With school starting back and many homeschooling we have made Alpine Ridge a great place for kids and families to complete their work. Books and games available in the kids room, and small kids game room retreat, and a desk to complete work. Once the school work is done venture out to all the outdoor places such as Julian Price Park, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and downtown blowing rock for more fun learning!

🍁 Fall foliage time! 🍁 in our area of our home the estimated “peak” ie best time to see the leaves is Oct 11-14. We have that weekend available, but it will book up soon now that the fall foliage map is out! Get your reservations made for NC fall leaf peaks season soon as things will start to fill up quick!

Help us grow our following. We love the NC high country and love sharing it with everyone! We even have friends who haven’t been up yet and they’re missing out on such an awesome area! Plus the heat 🔥 is ridiculous right now and coming to the mountains it feels amazing!

This is what it’s all about for us! It makes my ♥️ happy to see other families having fun and making memories in a place that we also love! As a mom, having memorable experiences for my children is important so I am so blessed to be able to provide this for other families as well! I have heard of people not having great experiences at rentals and we’ve experienced this ourselves, but we every guest we have we do whatever we can to make sure our home is perfect for you!
