Summer is a great time to visit our beautiful beaches or maybe have a friend or two come down to visit. My home is just 8 mins from PCB and all the traffic noise. Plenty of room for a boat in the driveway or to pull up from the water.

Game Room with Smart TV, CD Player and Alexa. When turned on, LED Lights sync with music/sounds. At night you can often hear all the frogs and crickets from the pond.

Room includes coffee and tea as well as use of kitchen and dining room. Please clean up after yourselves and wash dishes you use and place in dishrack. You may use whatever space you find in the fridge. I am on a spring-fed well and septic system so please do not use my garbage disposal.

This property is on fresh and saltwater. The canal goes all the way out (yes, to the Gulf) and the driveway is plenty long enough for a large boat and truck to park. As you can see, I am enjoying the sun on the water.
