Summer is a great time to visit our beautiful beaches or maybe have a friend or two come down to visit. My home is just 8 mins from PCB and all the traffic noise. Plenty of room for a boat in the driveway or to pull up from the water.

This property is on fresh and saltwater. The canal goes all the way out (yes, to the Gulf) and the driveway is plenty long enough for a large boat and truck to park. As you can see, I am enjoying the sun on the water.
