With sparkling white sands and bright blue waters, Playa Ruinas also has a cliff atop the beach and ruins at its far north end, all of which make for gorgeous, distinctive photography.

💫 St Michael’s Cave was long believed to be bottomless. This probably gave birth to the story that the Rock of Gibraltar was linked to the Africa by a subterranean passage under the Strait of Gibraltar. The famous macaques were said to have come to Gibraltar through this subterranean passage.

The Louvre 🇫🇷 🖼 is the world's largest art museum and a historic monument in Paris, France. A central landmark of the city, it has approximately 38,000 objects from prehistory to the 21st century so definitely worth a visit.

TOP TIP: HOW TO AVOID LONG QUEUES:

1. Purchase a Museum Pass - This allows you to ski the ticket line!

2. Book your tickets online in advance - The cost is around €17 which results in less than 30 minutes waiting time.

3. Take a tour - There are various skip-the-line tours to choose from.

4. Go first thing in the morning or on Wednesday & Friday evenings when it stays open until 9:45 pm.

Singapore - Gardens by the Bay - Located along Marina Bay, this urban landscaping project is a series of fake “supertrees”. At heights of 80-160 feet, the metal structures have roughly 200 species of orchids, ferns, and other tropical plants coating their structure and forming a lush, colorful skin. It’s free to walk through the outdoor gardens, but you have to pay for entry if you want to do the Skyway (the 128-metre long walkway through the canopy of the Supertree Grove).
