We are often asked what services we offer as a short term rental property management company. Well, here are just a few examples of the tasks we accomplish to make our clients property rental a big success. All the investors have to do is watch their investment prosper as Escape2AZ manages the perfect getaway for every guest enjoying their home.

• We help investors find the right property to buy by assisting the real estate agent during the purchase process to make sure the house has all the right features and is well located for a successful short term vacation rental.
• We offer the possibility to work with a professional designer who will fully design and furnish the house.
• Professional photoshoot.
• We create the listing and market the house on different booking platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO
• We take care of all the communications with guests.
• We schedule and coordinate every cleaning following each check out from guests.
• We inspect the house after every check out.
• Our team will do a quality control in the house after each cleaning to guarantee it is spotless before the next check in.
• We warm the house before every check in. We dim the lights, put some nice background music, open the curtains, set the perfect house temperature, set up the backyard and if there is any special request we make sure it’s done before the check in so the guests feel right at home when they step into the house.
• We take care of all the supplies needed in the property to ensure nothing is missing for a perfect getaway.
• We manage the booking calendar and it’s pricing daily. This element is key to maximise revenues.
• We will also make sure your house is in good condition. If some repairs are required, we will make sure they are done quickly and professionally.
• We manage the collection of trash and recycling every week.
• We do the accounting and provide the investors with a monthly report.
