This Saturday at Saporito Pasta! Don't forget.

Holiday Market for a deliciously cheesy adventure! We’re thrilled to showcase Carboncino, a one-of-a-kind cheese made from rich cow's milk sourced from the stunning pastures of Eastern Italy. Its semi-soft texture and unique black rind—thanks to the charcoal in the production process give it a delightful hint of smokiness that perfectly complements its creamy flavor.

But wait, there’s more! We’ll also have Organic Vintage Cheddar from the beautiful West Country of England. This raw cow's milk cheddar is aged beautifully for a robust, nutty sensation that lingers long after each bite.
