Hello friends! Just a little reminder!!!

This Saturday, January 18th, we will be at La Honda Winery. We will be selling lots of good cheese, meats, and other goodies.

One of our favorite, Red Dragon cheese hails from Wales, a delightful blend of cow's milk and mustard seeds, giving it a distinct character. The cheese features a striking deep orange color, often mottled with a hint of red from paprika, making it visually appealing.

In texture, Red Dragon is semi-hard and creamy, easily crumbly yet smooth enough to spread. Its flavor profile is rich, with a tangy sharpness complemented by the spice of the mustard seeds, delivering a pleasantly zesty kick that lingers on the palate.

Pair it with crusty bread or crackers to balance its richness, and try it alongside sweet chutneys or fruit preserves for a delightful contrast. It also pairs beautifully with apples, pears, and nuts.
