About our last Open Day! Thanks to all the old and new friends that joined our first Open Day in the hills of Canossa. Blessed by the weather, we had a day packed with outdoor adventures, delicious local food and tons of fun..⛰ AndomYA promotes local history. Dino, deacon of Gombio, told us when the village was saved by two German women in April 1944. We also rang the bells of the old tower, surrounded by a stunning view of the valley..🥾 We headed to the farm La Collina Dei Cavalli with a nice walk through the forest. We’ve learned the story and how to prepare “tigelle”, a local flatbread that you can fill with cheese and cured meats..🙏 Thanks to Dino, Carlo and Tiziana for hosting in this magical and remote corner of our Appennine. We had such a fabulous and unique experience. We’re looking forward to coming back soon!.😎 Did you miss this AndomYA Open Day? Don’t worry! Tomorrow we’ll head to the “Primo Maggio Aiolese”, the farmer festival in Villa Aiola. Next Sunday we’re planning a hiking day in Valestre with heaps of nature, history and local products. Keep an eye on our socials!...#emiliaromagna #visitemiliaromagna #discoveringemiliaromagna #farmtofork #localtourism #slowtourism #italianfood #partisan #cookingclass #walksinnature
“Mani in Pasta” - homemade pasta workshop in Buenos Aires 🍝 🇮🇹 🇦🇷 Muchas Gracias a todos! Last Saturday’s workshop was “bellissimo!”.Buenos Aires welcomed AndomYA with a heartwarming welcome and enthusiasm for the Italian gastronomy and culture!Congrats to all the the talented porteños students that took part in the experience! You’ve learned so fast and a tasty results that make most of the Italian “nonnas” jealous! It was such a great experience sharing my roots through a storytelling that goes from food to the local history. Argentina and Italy share a cooking cultural heritage, coming from all the migrants that through the centuries have travelled to South America for better opportunities. With this workshop we want to celebrate this cultural relation, that makes us “hermanos”. We’ll hope for a fruitful collaboration and more workshops to come!A great thank to @clubmagarinoa for hosting us and support the activity!
