An investor in our 12-15 Molecular Diagnostics investment just received approval from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to expedite the processing of the applicant's I-526 petition.
Expedited processing, often for investments in the national interest, offers the fastest EB-5 processing possible — usually only two to six months. Standard non-expedited processing of an I-526, on the other hand, can take several years.
