At The Red Lion Chalgrove tonight. We have had many great meals here but this one was amazing! Tonight we had minute steak with triple cooked chips and pigeon breast with black pudding and caramelised onion sauce. And both were mind blowing, the minute steak was so tender and the chips were so crispy and fluffy it was addictive!!! The pigeon was the best we ever tried! It was so tender without an extreme gamey flavour and the sauce it was served with had this gorgeous sweetness to it that was the perfect cherry on top to a bit of pigeon 🪶.

At The Butchers Grill today for a good old roast dinner. And it was amazing.The potatoes were so flavourful and crispy, the chicken was so tender and delicious,stuffing was great,veggies were great but the cauliflower cheese was on another level.It was so creamy and cheesy and unreal.Only a tenner as well!

An INCREDIBLE roast dinner at The Lamb Chalgrove today!OH MY GOD, you will not find a better roast dinner in Oxfordshire.You have to come and try this remarkable pub\restaurant you will not regret it!The meat (we got beef and lamb) was so tender and flavourful,the potatoes were so fluffy and crispy!The veggies are so unreal and is very fresh and crispy.Yorkshire puds were AMAZING and not too filling and the gravy was the best gravy we have ever tried!It was so strong and beefy and just perfect!

At The Crown, Chalgrove for a bit of grub, we were trying out the new The Butchers Grill and oh gosh...It is AMAZING!! To burgers to chips to wings to pizza to nuggets to halloumi to salad to kebabs,it is just unreal and the options are never ending!The burger(the big daddy) combined a whopping 4 patties,american cheese,onion rings,a hashbrown and came with a side of delicious chips 🤤 🍔.The pizza's were also incredible and had the most perfect, light crust.The kebab was amazing and the chicken nuggets were a bit dry but we will let that pass since the batter was style unbelievably crispy 😋, and we must not forget the crispy,chewy,delicious halloumi fries!

At the Red lion, Chalgrove again...Oh my god...Absolutely incredible! We had gurnard with scallops and garlic butter. Duck leg seasoned with five spice with delicious charred cabbage and crispy potatoes.Again homemade soda bread always amazing with the comforting atmosphere

At Red Lion Chalgrove last night, Beautiful comforting scenery whilst eating.

Whilst waiting they gave us home made Irish soda bread with Irish butter DELICIOUS.

Melt in the mouth lobster and steak with Thermidor and peppercorn sauces came with triple cooked chips and crispy fresh salad 🥗

For breakfast we went to the cliffhanger cafe. The food was very good but not much... daddy said his needed more salmon as only a very thin slice and could hardly taste it over the hollandaise sauce... my pancakes were FABULOUS

After a long long drive to wales we went to the st Pierre hotel In Chepstow. It’s very very old but we stayed in the lakeside village which was nice but mummy was cold and the radiators didn’t work properly so they brought a little one to plug in. The food was ok daddy made me try muscles. The swimming was fun.
