We are passionate about giving guests an authentic and memorable experience! So we decided to do a little kitchen reno - you’ll now find the kitchen shelving made from vintage brick molds which are a very fitting ode to our beautiful convict bricks behind the fireplace. We are thrilled with how it has transformed the kitchen.

Most of the time you’ll find these things in the kitchen: Salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee and tea and long life milk. There’s always a stack of cutting boards to make a cheese platter plus various oven dishes and trays in the cupboard. Fresh herbs will depend on what’s growing in the herb garden at the time of your arrival, but generally there’s lots of Thyme!
