Castlerock Sourdough is selling bread HOT out of the oven from 5 PM to 7 PM. Wednesday, December 13! We will be baking all of these types of bread:
- White Cottage Sourdough
- Cardamom Raisin
- Jalapeño Cheddar
- Seven Grain Dark Rye
You can also purchase Castlerock Sourdough Bread EVERY DAY 24/7 from December 14 to December 18 from The Bread Hut (our roadside stand) while supplies last! Self service! Pay into the lock cashbox!
Castlerock Sourdough will be at the Winona Farmer’s Market Saturday December 16 from 9 AM to noon. We will be selling Castlerock Sourdough Starter and instructions and recipes for $15 as well as the full line of Castlerock Sourdough Bread. Learn to make your own sourdough, so you’ll have plenty of bread during our winter break!

Pier 4 is Now Closed
With sad hearts, we regret to inform you that Pier 4 is now officially closed permanently. This economy and staffing issues have affected our business greatly. This decision did not come easy.
Even though Pier 4 is closing, their legendary breakfast will continue!!! Walker’s Silvermoon will be opening December 8th @ 7 a.m. to serve the wonderful food that Pier 4 Cafe is known for!
Walker’s Silvermoon Hours:
7 a.m - Noon ~ Breakfast
Noon - 4 p.m. ~ Lunch
4 p.m. - 8 p.m. ~ Dinner
Friday and Saturday Kitchen is open until 9pm
