Guys! Lemme gist you before I do a location review
You all know Tour with Tolu is my baby; I pamper it more than the job paying the bills sef ( and no vex)
That's how I decided to register my baby o.
March 11, I messaged , “bros, I want to register my business name o. He sent the form, I filled it, sent it back
That's how I was told I couldn't use “Tour” for a business name o only Limited Company registration.
“Travel nko”🤣
Same thing. I was told Travel and tours are under limited, the minimum share capital to register is 30M, and the registration fee sef hefty😩 E lo ni jero mi ni gan🤣
So I started permutations, none worked, las las I settled for “The Tolu Brand” as the Parent name and and as subsidiaries.
The wait for approval started.... I wait sotey, I start to lose weight, disturbing Chalcedony day and night.
We got a query cos I had tourism listed as part of the nature of business. The approval didn't come until we replaced it with hospitality.
Till we are ripe for Limited Company, here we go🥂
