Flashback to when we went on a dolphin cruise on our last trip to Hilton Head! Something about the waters of Hilton Head that are so welcoming to dolphins and we saw tons of them! I love doing tours like this that have something for everyone in the family to enjoy. The kids got to drive the boat too!

When your mom is a travel agent who just can't sit still, you do things like go on an impromptu trip to the beach to visit family haha! We literally decided the day before that we would go, and I am so glad we did! Had the best time with these muchkins in Hilton Head.

This trip is the first time Regent is stopping at this new cruise Port! How cool!!

Located on Prince of Wales Island, the new port is the second Native-owned cruise port in Alaska and will welcome cruise lines including Seabourn, Oceania, and Regent Seven Seas.

I have an announcement to make. As of today, I have decided it is in my best interest to no longer travel anymore. I have realized the world isn't that big, there's not much worth seeing, and any time I feel like going to another country I can get the same exact experience by going to Epcot in Disney. The France Pavillion there is so realistic, it's even better than France was! The food was just as good, without the hassle of flying, or being surrounded by people who don't speak English. I am sick of having to learn a new language everywhere I go, and having to learn about different cultural norms and practices. Having been as many places as I've been, and especially after landing in Antartica, I have just realized that my desire for travel has waned, and I just want to stay in America from now on. The American people are so lovely to be around! I will still stay open for business, but international travel is no longer something I will be doing anymore!

Ok, it has been a crazy insane nuts and wild day as usual in my life. So here is what happened....
I was parking this morning on lake Mary Blvd in a shopping center which is on a very busy street. This lite guy ran in front of my car and had his harness and collar on. So I stopped the car and called for him because I was assuming his owners would be right behind him looking for him. I called him over and he jumped right into my arms and was so sweet. So I carried him through the parking lot looking for his owners. No one was around. It is not a residential area so no houses nearby either. At that point I realized there was no one looking for him and if I put him down, he would very likely be killed by a car on the busy road.
Now, you know me, I am NOT a dog lover, not a pet person, never wanted an animal in my house. But I just did not have the heart to put that poor little thing down to roam that parking lot and ultimately be killed on that busy street. Even Cruella had a heart lol. So I brought him in my car and drove around the parking lot and gas station looking for his owners. I did see two weird shady looking guys in the gas station, I'll get to that.
Then I brought him to the police station, 3 different veterinarian offices, and then filed a report with the Seminole county animal services office. He doesn't have a chip and had no tags. I also posted in every single Facebook group and next door and website for lost pets. You name it, I posted it there.
Then I get a phone call from a woman who claimed she knew the owners because she worked at the gas station and saw the dog! She said there were these two strung out drug addicts loitering at the gas station since 4am with the dog running loose. She said the dog was in and out of the store, and they told the men several times to leash the dog on the property, and that the dog was almost hit by cars like 5 times! She said then she went outside around 10 am and the dog was gone. She approached the men and asked them where the dog was and they said they let it go and he ran away! Those savages just abandoned the dog and let it run away!!!! I mean, I know I'm Cruella, but even I'm not that mean!!!
So according to the animal services office, we are to foster the dog for 14 days to give the owners a chance to claim him and then we can either keep him or put him up for adoption. He currently has a waiting list of people happy to adopt him so he will be in good hands!
I am not sure what kind of dog he is, some kind of terrier mix but he is adult and only 6 lbs!

People in lake Mary! I found this little dog wandering in the chilli's parking lot on lake Mary blvd! They are very sweet and came right onto my lap! If you know me, you know I am NOT an "animal person" but u couldn't leave this little thing to get killed on that busy road! Please share with everyone you know in lake Mary! I am taking them to the police station now!

Ok everyone, I am so excited because not only am I going to ANTARCTICA on any old tour, but I am so lucky to be going with a cruise line that is so spectacular, it is featured in a documentary series!!! Cool fact, the blonde female cruise director, Amy, was our cruise director on the yacht sailing we were on to the Bahamas, on the sister ship to the one featured in this documentary. It was so cool when we were watching we were like "oh my god we know her!!"
