Arrive at "Tall Trees" via a winding paved 500 foot driveway through big trees - no highway noise like most places on Kootenay Lake!

Hiya Friends! Suite finally finished. Sharing here with just a few of my friends. I'll probably mostly rent this out through AirBnb but if you or your relatives need a sweet suite...

These 10 photos and their captions will tell you almost everything you need know about Tall Trees!
..Except the following:

- 25 minutes (31 km) East of Nelson, 5 minutes West of Balfour

- Weekly Rental Only

- I will rent through Facebook only if we have friends in common who will vouch for you (and them for me!)

- Rates depend on season and are in line with similar Kootenay waterfront listings on AirBnB or VRBO (although nothing out there really compares to the majesty of this property and this location.)

- You must have a Facebook profile where it is clearly you, your own name, and enough about you on their that I'd feel good renting to.

- Maximum of 4 adults or 7 people.

- No smoking on the property (that means a long walk to the end of the driveway.)

- My expectation is a quiet and peaceful stay. You can expect the same from me. I will do my utmost to respect your privacy and have similar expectations.

- A deposit is required of 1/2 of your stay within 1 week of making the booking.

- I'm sorry but no pets. The property already has a senior dog on it (Suki, a gentle but friendly and wary 15 year old husky mix who mostly just sleeps.)

- No motorized boats though all other watercraft welcome!
