FORWARD 🇦🇲
September 27 is a day that none of us will forget and it is hard to really think about anything before this day one year ago. And for many people, it is hard to imagine a day before the war prior to that (and tragedies prior to that, etc). This leads us to the realization that in order to not carry over this trauma year after year and be something that defines us, we need to move forward.
It just so happens that September 27 is also World Tourism Day. As two individuals working in tourism in Armenia (and globally), it is really hard NOT to see a future full of potential, opportunity, and prosperity in Armenia... or we simply wouldn't be doing this in the first place. Let's stop being defined by our past.
With that being said... let's do this. Let's travel our country, keep it clean, and spend time and resources outside of Yerevan in other parts of Armenia. If we travel outside of Armenia, let's use the knowledge and new perspectives gained to bring ideas and innovation back to our country upon returning. We really can all move forward together.
We send a huge hug to everyone reading this and especially the families who are still learning to cope without the loved ones they lost over the last year.
