d and feel the warm sun on my face. The clear blue skies and the tranquil ocean breezes give me both calmness and energy. The smell of that salty air is so rejuvenating! There’s nothing better than to be on the beach with those that I love. There’s even research that explains that being near water is heavily associated with brain-releasing hormones that are released to promote happiness, love and intensify our internal pleasure reward center. I believe it! I am living proof. I recently traveled to the Dominican Republic and stayed in the Sunrise Suites on Cofresi Beach with my daughter. It was a wonderful experience. So wonderful in fact, that I have decided to consult with Lifestyle Holidays and begin my own travel business. I am very excited to help others experience the gift of travel. Our Dominican locations include Puerto Plata, Punta Cana, Cabarete, Boca Chica, Bavaro and Bayahibe. Additionally, we service Cancun for a great family experience. And finally, we offer several locations in Dubai. All locations (except Cabarete) have a very reasonable mandatory All-Inclusive dining plan, paid to the resort upon check-in. I truly believe that travel is the best education and promoter of inner peace. Don’t we all need a little more of that in our lives?
