And so we did!

We got to surf incredible waves today, such great fun! No wind, glassy conditions, tides difference were little to none, just an excellent day to surf.

Any weekend plans? We love going on trips with our kids (baby & 2 y/o) here in Ireland. With every climb we do, we learn more about what gear we should wear, what snacks to bring, which bottle will keep our drinking water hot and most importantly how to keep our kids warm 😄.

Any advice on above?

Ireland?

Scrolling through some pictures I made this winter and then bumping into this one 🙌🏼.

I think I was driving around that day with our kids sleeping in the back and wanted to treat myself on some eye candy 🤩.

Having lived half of my live in Indonesia (Papua & Bali) I have witnessed world class waves, but guys this one??? 👌🏼

Any plans? 💚

Talked to a good friend today who will visit Ireland in May this year for a special occasion. He’s been to Ireland before, just for a couple of days in Sligo / Strandhill area and is looking forward to see more of Ireland soon.

Besides the great surf, we said to him, there is just so much beauty and amazing places to visit here. Every time a scenery picture of Ireland pops up on my phone (random picture setting for home screen) I get a little ‘happy shot’, a little reminder of how beautiful that place is and how lucky I am to have been there. And with that I feel like we need to share all this beauty with you and we should not keep it to ourselves, do you agree?

Just like yesterday (Saturday morning), some pictures during our walk along the river, winter calmness and lots of active water, seamlessly together and then the beautiful serene green that is very present.

When? On 25th of december 🙌🏼

Win a fully custom surfboard!

The winner will receive a board handmade and designed by Sander van Eck.

Custom to the winners surfing ability and their favourite waves, including artwork/resin tint, up to 8ft long.

Winner will be announced on Christmas day the 25th of december. Raffle will be concluded on a livestream via instagram on .co so make sure to give this page a follow!

After this livestream the winner will be called and a date will be set to talk through the specifics of the custom surfboard.

Each raffle ticket equals 3 entries, an additional entry can be received through a referral bonus, if a friend buys a ticket and puts your name under the order you will get an extra entry added to your ticket!

Tickets are £15 / €17 each, or £25 / €29 for 2!

Based in Portrush, Sander van Eck, works from his workshop in an old stone building on a working farm on the North Coast.

With a masters in Industrial Design, he created this eye catching decorative surfboard designs which he shapes himself, beside his craft in shaping custom surfboards, surfboard repair & being a well respected surf teacher.
