Moment of transparency, I’m human. Literally a human being who cares, not an automated system, not someone who looks at my clients as a number but someone who genuinely cares. Yesterday was tough for travel advisors but more importantly for our clients who we dedicate our selves to helping. Thankfully I am blessed with the travel industries most AMAZING clients and made it through with all clients home yesterday with minimal inconvenience. I know I did my best in assisting each one of my experiencee’s even if it meant just offering comfort in what at the moment was distress. Pleased to say none of my clients had to spend a night in the airport, all are home safely and Your Travelspert is back to the regularly scheduled program today! In closing travel insurance or just in case something happens insurance in my Chris Rock v. Is IMPORTANT 😉
