Meet Goofy. She is super goofy! I put gloves and a few items I didn't want the flock getting to up on a shelf the chickens can't reach. My stuff kept ending up on the floor. Goofy figured out a way! Later, she decided it was a good place to lay an egg.

We save the pineapple tops. Each top will eventually produce one pineapple. Check out my first baby pineapple. Sometimes, an iguana will get them before I put them in a pot. The one in the ground was stolen by an iguana and left on the hill where it planted itself. I'm keeping them close to the house during dry season. I'll add these guys to pineapple hill in April.

This beach is really cool. You can be there in about 45 minutes from our house. Kizmet was hot and thirsty so laid down in the fresh water to get a drink. Every time, his ball would get taken by the current so he would have to chase it. He finally turned his back, tucked the ball under his shoulder and had a nice rest and drink.

🐒🐒🐒 Yesterday, we had a family of squirrel monkeys visit Portasol Living Community. Costa Rica has four kinds of monkeys - howler, capuchin, spider, and squirrel monkeys. Our community has spotted all four kinds. When Luis (who works at the gate) spotted these monkeys, he notified the whole community so we could check them out. The staff here is so amazing.
