Cupcake Tip:

When making cupcakes weigh your eggs first then match that weight with soft stick butter, sugar and self rising flour

Throw it all in a mixer and turn on till mixed then add a couple tablespoons of milk and extract and mix another 30-40 sec.

If making chocolate substitute 10grams of flour for cocoa for every egg

Hint: one egg makes 6 cupcakes
