From Woodlands to Bukit Timah, this 10KM Pipeline Trail is full of unpaved paths, mini hills, and of course, the titular pipes themselves.

It has been a quiet month of June for SG Happy Tour, just like how Sg went almost quiet with the P2HA measures.⁣

We took the time to reflect on our journey so far, brainstorming how we can bring more stories to you and engage you better on this space too. ⁣

Now we are ready and thank you for being with us on this journey as we take baby steps in our passion project. ⁣

Few months back, we went to visit the Former Combined Operations Room (fCOR) at Pearl's Hill. This place is a significant and iconic historial structure of the Singapore Police Force. ⁣👮‍♂️👮‍♀️

With the pictures and artefacts displayed, it tells a story of how the police were working hard to maintain law and order during the 1950s, when it was one of Singapore's most tumultuous times after ww2⁣ 🚔
⁣
In fact, this was where all the triple 9 calls were picked up by our police women on duty at the "UFO table". ⁣
⁣

Today is the official launch of our first walking tour at Tanglin Halt with our participants. Thank you so much for the nice words and encouragement, M and everyone. 😇😇⁣
⁣
Besides learning about how housing landscape had changed over the years, participants get to walk through this quiet green corridor which was once the railway track that connect Singapore to Malaysia. ⁣
⁣
In fact, there used to be a small station along this track where the train will stopped by a while to drop some goods or delivery in town and thats how Tanglin Halt got its name. 😊✌ ⁣
