Good Afternoon... I have recently added a research fee & this is why...

First, the most important question: Why even charge a fee?

You are looking for a expert to help you plan your travel. Take for example when you go to the dentist. You may have to pay for additional add-ons like fillings or extra dental work, but you still have to pay the fee to just see the dentist first.

As a travel agent, I'm not just booking travel (that’s only part of the job), I'm also researching, offering expertise, and planning which can end up being hours upon hours of my time.
Most of the time clients don't book and all my time is wasted.

By charging a research fee this will w**d out the “window shoppers” from my actual paying clients.
