Winter is also a beautiful season for the cottage! Fully winterized. Close to the snow mobile trails. Not far from Mount St Louis Moonstone Ski hills.
A great place to socially isolate in the winter months!

Even when the snow starts falling the view is beautiful! It is heavy sweater, wood stove fire, crisp nature hikes kind of weather.

Welcome to the Perkins Family Cottage
This property has been in our family since our parent's purchased a modest cottage on the property located on the Trent Severn in 1987.
Their goal was to have a little piece of heaven, on water, where we would all spend time together. Our family has made countless memories here.
In 2003 they retired and built their dream home there. In 2021 they have moved to be closer to family, and now they are renting it during the weeks our family are not able to use it!!
Little Lake is on the southern tip of the Muskokas in Ontario. This private Linwood BC-built cottage is right on the water and is very private situated on over 1 acre of land with car access.
The cottage has just recently been updated so every bed has a new mattress and linens. There is a dock at the cottage and a marina close by if you own a boat. If not the cottage comes with 3 kayaks and a paddleboat to have some fun in the water.
In the winter the cottage is just a few steps away from the snowmobiling trails and 25 minutes from Moonstone Ski Hill.
