✪ Few days before your booking date, you should let us know, when will be your preferred check-in time (between 10:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.) so that we would know what time we should prepare the unit. You have to decide a day before your booking date.
✪ If you decide to book with us and wants to have an access to pool amenities, you have to let us know and settle any payments needed at least 3 days before your booking date as we have to process the request at Cambridge Admin.
✪ We also allow extension of stay in our unit at a pro-rated price. Kindly let us know how long you wish to stay on or before your check-out time.
✪ Our staycation comes with one (1) free water gallon. Basically, we have two (2) sets of water gallon so if you wish to have the other water gallon refilled at water refilling station, kindly let us know in advance.
✪ For Long Term Staycation of At least three (3) days or more, Cleaning and changes of Linens will be allowed at your cost upon request depending on number of days of booking. At least one (1) day in advance. Changes of Linens will be scheduled between 8:00am - 6:00pm.
✪ Upon booking with us, we will be asking the following personal information:
✤ Date of Birth: For the purpose of setting up the lock box password
✤ Names of Guests: For the purpose of letting the Cambridge Administration that you will be our guest on your staycation date.
✪ We are not available in person during your staycation but we personally prepare the unit before your check-in time, so if you have any questions or clarifications or any problems encountered inside the unit, don't hesitate to reach us via AIRBNB chat, SMS or Phone call.

✤ We have CCTVs in the living room and kitchen and also Smoke Detector on every part of the house. Upon booking with us, you agree to give us permission to review the CCTV footage after your stay for the sole purpose of checking if there are any violations made inside the unit. CCTV footage will be checked immediately if we receive any notification from the Smoke Detector during your stay.

✤ Q: Where are you located?
✤ A: We are located at '3rd Floor, One Cornell Building, Cambridge Village, East Bank Road, San Andres, Cainta, Rizal', Unit number will only be disclosed after you confirmed your booking with us.
✤ Q: Do you have free parking?
✤ A: We only have one (1) Free Motorcycle Parking, for excess vehicle, you'll have to park at Cambridge Parking Building with P10.00 per hour parking rate.
✤ Q: Does the pool access is included in the package?
✤ A: Pool access is available EVERYDAY EXCEPT MONDAY between the hours of 9:00am - 9:00pm, Free Pool access for the first three (3) persons, for the excess persons who would like to have a pool access, there will be a fee required by Cambridge Admin amounting P200.00 per person per day. You have to let us know at least three (3) days before your booking date as we have to process the pool access in Cambridge Admin for approval of request.
✤ Q: Can we request for an additional bed for other guests?
✤ A: We do not provide additional bed. We only have 3 double-size beds in the bedroom and 1 airbed that you can setup and use in the living room at your discretion. However, if you still wish to have an additional bed, you may bring your own airbed or folding bed with us and you can place it in the dining area.
✤ Q: Does smoking inside the premises allowed?
✤ A: Yes, Va**ng is the only thing that we allowed, Smoking e-ci******es or ci******es will not and never be allowed inside the unit. Failure to comply will be penalized amounting P10,000.00.
✤ Q: Why is there are CCTV inside your unit? Can we request to have it turned off?
✤ A: We have CCTV inside the unit for the purpose of making sure that our house rules will be strictly followed, Unfortunately, we cannot turn it off during your staycation but rest assured that we will protect your privacy and never be shared in public under the letter of the law.
✤ Q: Can we extend our staycation for a few hours?
✤ A: Yes you can, you have to let us know on or before your check-out time. Price of the extension of stay will be P250.00 per hour.
✤ Q: Do you charge for additional person to stay?
✤ A: No, we do not. Our Base price is fixed regardless of how many persons were planning to stay in our unit but of course, we highly encourage not to exceed the person to fifteen (15) as it may become uncomfortable on your part during your staycation and our unit is only forty square meters (40 sq.m.).

Please take a minute to read each of the rules carefully to avoid possible injury or penalties during your Staycation.
1. 1. Keep the place clean at all times. Before your check-out make sure that there’s no unwashed kitchen utensils and there’s no leftover foods inside the refrigerator. All of your garbage should be placed in the trash bin. Failure to comply will be penalized by up to P2,000.00.
2. Keep the lights on the bathroom off at all times when not in use or at least make sure that the heater is turned off when not in use.
3. During and before your check-out, make sure that all electronic appliances are turned off when not in use or else you will be penalized by up to P1,000.00.
4. When you access pool amenities, please make sure to bring your towel and wear proper swimming attire and make sure you are dry before entering the unit. Cambridge doesn’t have a lifeguard for their pool, so for 12 years old and below age, they have to be accompanied by an adult before using the pool as Cambridge and we, the owner of the condo hotel will not be responsible for any accident that may occur inside Cambridge Premises.
5. Keep the all windows and front door closed at all times specially when using karaoke or watching the television on high volume or else, you will be penalized amounting P1,000.00.
6. You’re welcome to use the electric appliances and kitchen utensils but make sure to use it properly and safely.
7. Va**ng is allowed except smoking cigarette anywhere inside the property. You may only smoke cigarette outside downstairs in the designated smoking area. Failure to do so will be penalized amounting ₱10,000.00.
8. Make sure that your vehicle is not parked anywhere in the road of Cambridge Village as you will be penalized by the Cambridge Admin.
9. We have One Free Motorcycle parking located at slot no. 24 (At the front of Two Cornell Bldg.), For additional motorcycle or car parking, you have to park at the Cambridge Public Parking Building with P10.00 per hour parking rate.
10. There is a trash under the kitchen and in the bathroom where you can dispose of any garbage.
11. Karaoke can be used anytime during your staycation except quiet hours which is between 10:00pm and 7:00am to ensure our neighbors can enjoy a night of undisturbed sleep. Failure to comply will be penalized amounting P2,500.00.
12. If any neighbors report excessive noise, your Vacation rental agreement could be terminated and you’ll be asked to leave our property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the rental amount.
13. Maximum number of guest is ten (10). Visitors are allowed until 9:00pm only. Airbed will be provided if anyone wants to sleep in the living room or kitchen, but it’s also your discretion to sleep there since we have CCTV in placed.
14. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that all guests also comply with our House Rules. In any event that there will be parties, events or small gathering that will be happen inside the premise, it will be allowed as long as you comply with the rules regarding noise.
15. Before your check-out, you can put the keys back into the security key storage at the front door. Failure to return the premise-key before the check-out will be penalized amounting ₱1,000.00.
16. Children should at all times be supervised at our property by adults.
17. In case you misplace a personal belonging, please contact us so that we keep an eye open when we prepare the property for the next guests.
18. Pets are not allowed inside the premise, failure to do so will be penalized amounting P5,000.00.
19. Please do not try to flush any sanitary products or baby wipes down the toilet. We have provided trash cans for this in both bathrooms. Failure to comply will be penalized depending on the damage caused.
20. In the event that damage to the property or its contents has occurred, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests depending on the damage caused.
21. Management will not be liable for any accidents, damages or loss of property.
22. We reserve the right to evict any guest or visitor who fails to adhere to our House Rules.
