Wow what a week I had in the 3 valleys - the snow ? Well , they could do with some more to replenish , it’s been unseasonably warm in the mountains and after some rain a couple of weeks ago, a layer of ice formed on some of the pistes .. however , the Pisteurs have been grooming the pistes and they got so much better towards the end of the week . it’s great up high , especially in Courchevel and over the top of Méribel to Les Menuires , getting into Meribel is a little challenging on some slopes but all in all , it was lovely to get some fresh air and away from the ordinary !! Happy New Year ... wish you all a great 2023

Travel is back … it’s official and having just returned from an amazing break in Fuerteventura - the first time my passport and I have left the country for a while - I am delighted to confirm just how easy it was - not only that .. it was great value , hot sunny , great food & drink ( beer from euro 1.80 a pint - Yes really!!)
