New thing #10 - Roundup Rodeo at Hollywood Studios
disneyworld.disney.go.com describes Roundup Rodeo in the most perfect way:
"Discover what it feels like to be one of Andy’s honorary toys. At Roundup Rodeo BBQ, you will be surrounded by Andy’s rodeo at play––everything from western towns and train station playsets.

There were five of us on our reservation for lunch and none of us had previously dined at Roundup Rodeo, so we were very interested in finding out what it was all about. I have heard things, good and bad, but wanted to try it for myself.
After ordering our drinks, we were asked to pick four side dishes for the table out of the 8 options (we were told we could order more of our first choices or switch it up after we were done with the first round).
First course was cheddar biscuits with pepper jelly, tomato and cucumber salad, watermelon salad, and kale and romaine salad. The meat course was ribs, brisket, sausage, and chicken. Everyone at the table found things that they loved - and we even asked for more of a few things! The sides we chose first were: married spuds (loaded tots), baked beans, fried pickles, and corn on the cob (oh my goodness... YUM!). We each got to pick a dessert and ended with a Forkey cupcake!
The atmosphere - A+, the food - A, the company A+! Would I go back, YUP! I already have a reservation for our next trip!

New Things Number Four - Banana Cabana Lounge at Caribbean Beach Resort
While two of my fellow agents decided to get reservations at Sebastian's Bistro (which looked incredible), I decided to try Banana Cabana Lounge. Located next to the pool, I listened to the live music and ordered a jerk chicken sandwich. The sandwich was nothing special, though it was good, but it was the atmosphere that kept me there. It rained pretty hard while I was hanging out at the lounge, but the covered area was a perfect spot to wait out the storm. I definitely did enjoy myself, but next time I probably would've just grabbed a quick service at the resort and enjoyed sitting on the beach or the benches looking out over the lake.

New thing Number Three - Caribbean Beach Resort
One of the things I absolutely loved about this moderate resort, is that it is on the Skyliner. The Skyliner made getting to Epcot and Hollywood studios so easy!
The rooms at Caribbean Beach Resort were simple, and I really loved the relaxed, laid-back feeling. Four adults stayed in one room, and though we didn't have a lot of extra space, it wasn't super crowded. Our room had the fifth sleeper that pulled down and even though it's made for a child, my 5'3" self fit on it just fine. With several options for food, many places to relax on sandy beaches, playgrounds, movies at night, and fun pools, this resort really has a lot to offer.
Would I stay here again? Absolutely! I think my kids would love it.
