Our quaint home is just 7 blocks from the water, less than a mile from downtown, 1.5 miles to Rockport Beach and close to multiple boat ramps! Byer's Bayhouse puts you in a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Whether you're in town to visit the beach, fishing off your boat, or shopping through downtown, we have provided as much as possible to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. With 3 b

edrooms and 2 bathrooms, Byer Bayhouse sleeps 8: a king master bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room with 2 twin beds and 1 full. Our home is a comfortable, cozy place to suit families, friends, and fishing groups alike. The kitchen has all of the silverware and cooking utensils you’ll need for simple meals. We have a water hose for rinsing off your boat, and boat parking on the side of the house during dry conditions. A great set up for Winter Texans. Send us an inquiry if you would like to reserve an extended stay! Proper government Photo ID required after booking. Must be 25 or older to rent.

Nice Ending

Sort of a chilly, damp, gloomy, day yesterday, until it wasn't. It started to break late afternoon and by sunset it was game on. This is Fulton Pier looking west. Sunrise and sunset lovers will all tell you that it never gets old. What a way to end the day.....
