My kids will be excited to check out the new Princess and the Frog theme ❤️❤️ they adore that movie and Princess Tiana!

Splash Mountain in Magic Kingdom is set to close on January 23, 2023 for the preparation of Tiana's Bayou Adventure!

The attraction will be refurbished to reference the animated film “Princess and the Frog.”

All Aboard! Magical trip this evening on The Polar Express! This amazing family adventure in Bryson City, NC was so much fun with the kiddos! Hot cocoa, singing, dancing, carols, stories, a North Pole visit and best of all Santa boarding the train and giving us all a silver bell 🎄the kids (and adults!) all loved it and was wonderful to share with best family friends too ☺️❤️🎅🏻

We did an early morning VIP tour of the Vatican Museum and it was fantastic! Our guide was amazing and we absorbed more than we ever would have on our own. The Gallery of Statues, Gallery of Tapestries and Gallery of Maps were beautiful. We saw an artist working on restoring one of the statues as well. Stunning art at its finest.

St. Peter’s Basilica brought tears to my eyes again. 💕🙏🏻 I had the chance to visit when I was 21 and I still find it incredible. This time we climbed all the way up to the dome and took in the beautiful view of the Basilica and St. Peter’s Square. We also visited the Papal Grottoes under the Basilica where many popes are buried. If I’m lucky enough to visit again I would love to have the chance to visit the bottom level - the necropolis.

Villa d’Este, you stole my heart! I can’t believe I’ve never heard of this incredible place before now. Absolutely breathtaking! Our Vatican guide recommended it and I’m so thankful! This beautiful Renaissance villa in Tivoli was built starting in 1560 by Cardinal Ippolito d'Este, son of the Duke of Ferrera and Lucrezia Borgia (of the famous Borgia family). It is a feat of hydrologic engineering using the nearby Aniene River and boasts 51 fountains and nearly a thousand water sprouts and jets. The sound was so peaceful everywhere you walked along the 3 terraced gardens it was easy to image people of centuries past walking these beautiful gardens. It is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. I’ll share more photos in another post because there are just so many! Absolutely stunning!
