WILDLIFE IN UGANDA
Uganda also offers great savannah safaris, and all of the Big Five, as well as the immensely popular mountain gorillas and chimpanzees.

Uganda is one of only three places on earth where it is possible to see mountain gorillas in the wild, and one of the best places in the world to go chimpanzee trekking.
While leopards, white rhinoceros, and cheetahs are less common in Uganda than in countries such as Tanzania and Kenya, elephant, lion, and zebra numbers are high.
A number of endemic species, such as the Ugandan Kob, also make Uganda a unique safari destination.

BEST TIME TO VISIT TANZANIA
The best time to visit Tanzania is during the Dry season, from late June to October, when wildlife viewing is generally at its best. The wildebeest migration in the Serengeti is usually during June and July and the time to see the wildebeest calving is late January to February. The southern and western circuit parks are best visited during the Dry season (June to October), unlike the more popular northern circuit parks that can be visited year-round.
