*Update* to the Julio Calvo / Essence of Costa Rica / Gay Costa Rica saga. After months of false promises to refund our client's funds (he was paid more than $12,000 which he failed to forward to the hotels), we hired an attorney in Costa Rica. Julio Calvo met with her to draft a repayment schedule... then refused to sign it. We're moving on to the courts. Wish us luck, and do not use this DMC under any circumstances.
