Today, we celebrate 8 years of Navan!
We started with one big idea: To make travel and expense easy. Despite MANY ups and downs (including a global pandemic that halted business travel and dropped our revenue to $0 overnight) Navan is now a $9.2B company with global reach — and we aren't not stopping any time soon.
We thank all of our users, supporters, clients, partners, investors, and team members. Here's to ♾️ and beyond 🚀
🚨 NEWS: We’re excited to today announce that Navan is acquiring Tripeur — a modern corporate travel & expense management company serving the booming travel market in India. The agreement marks the fifth acquisition for the Navan Group in two years.
At Navan, our mission is to make the lives of travelers easy while saving companies money through a modern, travel & expense super app that is designed for the people that are actually tasked with using it — and do so on a global scale.
But scaling globally isn’t as easy as it sounds. Tripeur has spearheaded the transformation of the Indian travel market from offline to online; this acquisition enables Navan to immediately solve for local obstacles, such as direct connections to local low-cost carriers and automated GST reconciliation of employee expenses.

We have some big news 🚨
Today, Navan announced its decision to re-rebrand back to TripActions.
TripActions CEO Ariel Cohen has apologized for the confusion caused by the name change, blaming it on his tendency to pop champagne bottles before 9am.
The re-branding will take effect immediately. We apologize for any confusion caused by the name change.

Today marks the death of outdated business software.
TripActions is now officially Navan! And with the change in our name comes a change to the #travel & #expense industry as a whole.
No longer will employees be forced to use #business apps that make them want to pull their hair out. In its place, we’re introducing software that incorporates the power of mobile and ChatGPT, providing a UX like never before.
A new look, new feel, new era is coming your way with Navan—one where we say:
#RIPbadsoftware
