The first record of Warsaw in Poland is from 1526 and speaks of a fishing village, however, by the year 1569 Warsaw, had already transformed into a regional powerhouse, and has stayed like that ever since.

The first mention of Frankfurt in official history records dates to 794 AD, where it was noted that Franconovurt, or ‘City of the Franks’, was the meeting place for an important ecclesiastical council of Franconian noblemen led by Emperor Charlemagne.
