WHY Kelowna are so many ppl in Kelowna so unfriendly! And some just so dumb here? Why are so many just out for themselves! Why do so many older ladies have to Karen it up so often and if you got a neck tat that you did not like, why be grumpy to others and just get it removed then! Like the lady at Purolator today just after 11 am I tried to help, the grump she was! NO thanks! Her terrible neck tat had to be the case I am guessing! HOW will Purolator know where the box is to go to on a return with no print out/no info/no QR code, geez! So dumb! I tried to show her what was needed and she just Karen'ed it up and barely looked at me!

I tried anyways!

And...why do so many younger servers at restaurants act in a way that they always deserve a fat tip, even when you barely got any proper service...why???

Why?

WHY Kelowna are there so many easily manipulated people living here?
Why?

Supporting Value Village is just wrong! Wrong to drop off clothing and items and wrong to buy anything!

WHY???

Because Value Village only gives 5% back to any charity! 5 percent ONLY! Why support that kind of greed! How do so many still NOT know about this! Ignorance maybe? Manipulation maybe??

Just give to Share program
Just give to Habitat program
Just give to Salvation Army program

The greed and porking of Value Village has to be stopped! They charge way too much for clothes and household items unless a rare sale comes about! Just check on the salaries of all upper management and the salary of the CEO! Super rich because they give very little back based on math and charge insane amounts to those who maybe are too ignorant to ever notice and go there for convenience only. The world has gotten super lazy is thing.

Help stop this madness! Do you part! Do not believe the lies either out there!

WHY Kelowna can we not get a proper Burger King here? One that is not all super trashed up looking inside and out! One that has owners who CARE!

WHY Kelowna can't the manager of the Cineplex here just keep the theatres in nice shape and clean?? Why??? They did the renos and have those nice lounging chairs but wow it has been so very dirty the past two times in so I now have stopped going and stopped supporting until a new REAL manager is in place! They do not clean in between shows either to know! I was proof of that big time!

WHY Kelowna is the manager of the RBC branch off Cooper in Kelowna so loosey goosey and not caring at all on the condition of the outside ATM! Why??? (Scroll down to see pics proof!)

WHY Kelowna are there so many rundown and shoddy businesses here! Why? There are nice ones too of course and many well kept and you know the ones that are not like Packinghouse Pub which I used to go to lots and then it got rundown and then more rundown and not cared for at all so I stopped going completely some yrs ago! Some other pubs are getting almost as bad too! No renos done inside and out EVER, PERIOD! Zero efforts made to maintain a nice regular look! Do they not understand that it actually deters many away! COME ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHY????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? (Some care way MORE than others is the answer!) (Some still go to such places and say nothing ever and no matter how gross and how shoddy!) Start caring and changes will come overall in general I do believe in!

I just like our city to have way less eye sores! And MORE care!

@ (Events, concerts, plays, shows, movies, sporting events)...

KNOW the RULES before you go! (Read the entire post and let me know of your frustrating situations you have faced such as I did last night and etc)

-at concerts and sporting events, (such as the Van Canucks or in the US at pretty much every event), security does not allow anything inside the venue except for the smallest hand bag, smallest purse, your cellphone, your wallet and clear visible bags! They will make you go and check it at another locker area, (sometimes far away like in Vegas), and it will also cost to rent that small locker!

-at the movies, just do not yap throughout the movie and turn your cellphone to silent and or to airplane mode! Be respectable to all others there who also paid and who are quiet during the whole movie, right???

-at sporting events, unlike at shows and plays, it is pretty much fair game to be vocal and loud but within reason always! NO racial slurs! Why do such ppl still exist!!!...???

-at concerts, be respectful of all others around you! It is good to dance and have fun and sing along but totally very dumb to just yap loudly the entire time and not even watch the show! I have seen this far too often and including having to tell some idiots to clam it at a Blue Rodeo concert in Penticton during a vocals only song! Wow, such idiots they were! You can actually see that on You Tube!
(Last night at the Cirque show in Penticton, these 40 something super annoying and super obnoxious overbearing ladies could not just shut up like everyone else and watch politely like everyone else and they both should have been cut off of beer sales! It is a combo of security not addressing them and ushers just turning their back and everyone else just scared to deal with them! I was not and first I just moved down and away and yet I still heard them so often and their dumb*** whistling etc etc! Enough was enough so I yelled up to them to just be quiet already and that only did some good for a bit as they continued with the beer drinking and being so loud big time! I also ask, who was driving as they just came together! SOEC should start caring on this stuff more! Instead of redirecting to saying I could have wasted watching part of the show to go to guest services to line up different seats!!!

That made just zero sense to me! Except for odd time having to be the one to tell the loud ones to just clam up, I am always the quiet and respectful one at events and at sports I am as loud as others though. I know the differences, do you know some who do not???

It is time to make all of these events fun for ALL who attend! Not everyone attends to just get hammered up!

WHY Kelowna can't our radio stations here in Kelowna be a lot more like say Bob FM out of Oregon and not repeat so very much and not play repetitive dull and dead action songs like Summer of 69 etc each AND every day??? WHY??? It is so constant here too! I love Ara on the weekends though off 103.1 but as far as during the week goes it stays the very same dull songs line up day after day AFTER day! Every radio station does this too except The Lake but I can only take soft songs so much.

Try these pages out and take affirmative action to be heard! I will pass that along to the powers that "MAY BE"!

Wow do they never listen at RBC on Cooper! Time to report. The manager is a non concerned idiot there and now stickers and graffiti to go with the constant gross and dust never cleaned ever!

Why do we have to have only one awful looking and dirty Burger King here?? Who is going there still! No guests equals they must improve the inside and out! They must clean up the look finally if no guests support this awfully grungy eye sore in and out!

Why does it take so darn long to just get from over the bridge to the middle of the city? WHY? (The lights change too fast on Harvey to allow the side streets constant flow too!) Plus far too many are just driving to drive for the heck of it as nothing else to do and without much purpose!

Why do our radio stations here insist on playing: Summer of 69, Thunderstruck, Crazy Train and Enter Sandman day after DAY, every day! WHY Kelowna!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please help me tell them to stop this utter madness and play fresh songs!

WHY Kelowna do so many people waste tons of fuel waiting in long car line ups at many Starbucks locations??? Then complain that fuel is so high now...?

And why Kelowna are there not more GOOD golf courses here for a city this LARGE???!!!

The good are only a few here based on course layout, CONDITION and playability and price!
-Tower
-Black Mountain
-Gallaghers
-Kelowna Springs
(These are the only 4 worth mentioning based on the above aspects) I need to retry Shadow Ridge though apparently as changes made FINALLY last season!

Quite ridick wouldn't you say? That we only have 4 real good ones in a city this very large!

Why Kelowna?...

Why do a few radio stations in Kelowna just insist on repeating some songs each and every day until the day we die???

Do we really need to hear Summer of 69 each and every day???
Do we really need to hear Enter Sandman each and every day???
Do we really need to hear Sweet Home Alabama each and every day???
Do we really need to hear Thunderstruck each and every day???
!!!

Kelowna is no comparison to Vancouver who does not do this to us and it is no wonder that many do not listen to the radio here! I barely do anymore and only when there is no other choice! And once say Summer of 69 comes on yet again, it is a very quick turn off of the radio or a find another station fast! Adams, as far as I know, has like 20 other good danceable songs to play for US! Try it sometime!

WHY Kelowna???
They took away Roses from us many years ago! That was a giant fail! Roses had a nice view of the lake and offered fun people watching and was in a prime location! The goal of Kelowna for many years now has been to take away as much fun spots as possible and to take away as much green space as possible! The city of Kelowna has been winning in this regard but it is time to stop them and stop the madness!!

WHY KELOWNA??? It is a lake town here in Kelowna...why are there not a lot more nice patios here?? Calling a smoker pit a patio, as some fools do, is just a real shame! A patio to be considered a real patio must not just be looking at a street or a back alley! It must offer some scenery and offer fresh air and when possible...the lake itself! Yes???

It is just a horrid trend in Kelowna for so many yrs now to not be clean in general and with so many lazy non caring managers in place in Kelowna, it is getting worse and WORSE as years go by! A non caring city council too! If city council cared a bit more, they would put the pressure on more fines for de-facers of buildings and property! I have many more pics taken as proof but for now here is one awful example I took just the other week! Plus take a look up at Plaza 33 and the newer defacement of that sign! Just a real shame this is happening and as well seeing the non care of managers and non care of city council on such matters! If you see this post and agree, please write your city council to get something done finally and to hopefully see some new caring council members voted in next time!!!! We need to see much more care and concern here before it turns to the ugliest city in BC!

Why Kelowna? Being situated beautifully along Okanagan Lake with some great scenery and nice beach areas, WHY Kelowna are you such a non caring city on so many levels in general? (Shoddy levels, lazy levels and turning a blind eye levels!)...?

(Pics included are of an alley in downtown Kelowna taken very recently, our very awful looking and not cared for one and only Burger King in town and even the outside instant teller at the RBC in Orchard Plaza is not cared about at all by the so called manager in place there!)...believe me I have addressed this to her! Two times! She cared zero so I gave up trying!
