Good news! More amenities are in store, elevating convenience for residents of Aspen Vision City (AVC)!
Caltex is slated to open the first petrol station within AVC by Q1 2024. The upcoming petrol station at Klippa Drive-Thru will contain retail components, including two convenience stores, a pharmacy and a standalone Starbucks Drive-Thru.
Decathlon Malaysia, part of the largest sports retailer in the world, will also open its first standalone outlet in the Northern Region at Klippa Shopping Centre by H2 2024. Catering to a wide spectrum of sports enthusiasts, Decathlon's 21,200 sqft store will join an exciting mix of tenants at Klippa, including TMG Plus, Mr DIY, Guardian and Harvey Norman.
"We are focused on aligning our current phase of masterplan development with the evolving needs of the community, boosting footfall, and fostering customer loyalty.
