🚜🚧 CONSTRUCTION DEAL!! 🚧🚜

Yup … The rumours are true .. We have a hotel going in beside our resort. Are we happy about it? No. ☹️. But the only thing we can do for our guests is lower our prices, so that is what we have done!!!

We have lowered our prices 10% off our nightly posted rates.

The honest feedback we’ve been receiving from our past guests is that they did not hear the noise from our bedroom or from the beach. Unfortunately, yes, you do hear it from the Living Room, balcony and pool areas.

If you are someone who is looking to spend most of your time at the beach, or out of the condo during the day, our place might be perfect for you!

We’ve had a CANCELLATION for August and currently have availability from August 12th - 22nd.

Our condo is on Grace Bay within Coral Gardens Resort. It is a recently renovated 1 bedroom, 2 full bathroom beautiful condo that has 1 King bed and a pullout Queen sofa bed. Our condo is quite large at 975 square feet and we also have in-suite laundry facilities. Our resort has 2 pools, an awesome restaurant called Somewhere Cafe right on the beach (that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and of course afternoon cocktails 🍹!), and we have the best snorkelling on the island right in front of our resort!

WE’VE LOWERED OUR RATE TO $299/NIGHT USD FOR A 6 WEEK PERIOD! 🎉🎉

From September 6th until October 13th, our resort, Coral Gardens, in Turks and Caicos will be essentially closed, with very limited services available. They will be taking advantage of hurricane season, along with most resorts in Provo, and doing maintenance on the resort. If you’re someone who is interested in paying a much lower rate than normal, doesn’t mind the possible sound of maintenance work being done around you, and is flexible in case of a hurricane or tropical storm (please buy travel insurance), then this time of year might be perfect for you! Both of our pools will be open and of course our gorgeous beach on GRACE BAY is always open!

** For anyone still looking for summer dates, we still have availability from July 27-31st and August 17-22nd at $399/night USD.

Situated Beach Front, our large, FRESHLY RENOVATED, 1 Bedroom (King Bed), 2 Full Bathroom condo looks out to the stunning turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea - a sight that never gets old!

Our condo is bright, contemporary and spotless. We have strived to provide all of the amenities our guests require while on vacation. We have an in-suite washer and dryer, all the small appliances and cookware you need to prepare every meal in the kitchen, and the Living Room sofa converts into a Queen sized bed, or two singles, to accommodate two additional guests.

In the mornings, start your day off slow by taking your coffee and favourite book outside to enjoy our beautiful balcony with breathtaking views of Grace Bay.

We are spoiled by having the best snorkelling on the island directly out our front door. We also have 2 pools and a very cool outdoor restaurant called “Somewhere Café” that we are sure will become a favourite of yours also.

We invite you to partake in the many beach activities that are provided on Grace Bay, however, the activities we truly promote are rest, relaxation and rejuvenation!
