On this adventure we explored a small and lovely quite garden at the outskirts of Hal Safi.

Do not be tricked because the place is larger then it looks and full of various tree fruits

It was build in the early 1800 and they used the garden for bee keeping and they still do. But mostly because of tradition.

On this adventure we explored the remains of the megalithic village of SKORBA in Zebbiegh and temple of HAGRAT in Mgarr.
It is known that the village of SKORBA are older then the pyramids of Egypt.
If you wish to visit the sights Heritage Malta lets you buy the tickets from MGARR local concal, Mgarr snack Bar, and Farmers bar.
With one ticket you can visit both locations.

For this event of DJUNGLE ADVENTURE we organised a trip to Sicily. We explored the Valley of Ispica. A small village 15 minutes drive from Pozzallo.
It is an easy 13km walk through light uneven ground through high vegetaion.
The only draw back for some is the fact that there is no mobile signal in the valley because of the high cliffs surrounding the valley.

On this event we went for one day in Sicily in the Racusa region. There we visited Donnafugata castle that has a maze garden inside.
The area around the castle is all countryside with cows roaming the fields and paths.
Close to the castle there are some catacombs that have a Maltese connection.

For hiking I make use of this 2 pocket buttoned shirts
They are good for all kind of weather and if it is too hot you can start unbutton the shirt. Like this you can avoid removing the top of you are exploring urban areas.
Some models have vents under the armpits and openings below the shouders for better ventilation and reduce sweating
Needless to say the pocket can be used to put nibbles, small map or in today situation the mask

More then 3 hills island challenge.
The island of Gozo is nicknamed the Island of Calypso and even the Island of Three Hills. But the truth about this three hills is far more then that.
On this episode we trekked on top of 8 hills. There are more hills to visit but some of them were not accessible because of unexpected difficulties to find a path to the top.
The following are views from top of the hills we managed to reach.
