EXCITING NEWS! If your family is going to be at Walt Disney World in the next two weeks you could have the chance to ride Tron Lightcycle / Run as part of the soft launch!

Between March 20 - April 2, guests may have the early opportunity to launch into the Grid. Guests will need to use the My Disney Experience app to enter the attraction. A standby queue will not be available. Each Guest can enter the virtual queue no more than once per day during the soft open. Guests may also access the attraction by purchasing an individual Lightning Lane entry.

Guests must have valid admission and a theme park reservation to join the virtual queue. During the soft open, there may be 2 daily opportunities to request to join the virtual queue for TRON Lightcycle / Run:

- 7:00 AM (Guests do not need to be in the park when they join, but must have a theme park reservation for Magic Kingdom Park)
- 1:00 PM (Guests must be in Magic Kingdom Park to join the virtual queue at this time)

Access to this attraction is not guaranteed during the soft open.

We finally got some clarification on the locker system for Tron! Watch this quick video for a visual demonstration. You will put your larger items (ie bags, headbands, hats, water bottles, etc.) in the locker before entering the line by scanning your magic band or ticket. Once on the ride vehicle there is a compartment for small items like your phone. Then after you exit the grid you go back to your locker to collect your stuff.

EVEN MORE BIG NEWS COMING OUT FROM DISNEY TODAY!

For Walt Disney World:
1. As of today, 1/10/23, resort parking for guests at Walt Disney World is FREE once again!

2. If you purchase Genie+, all in ride photos are FREE beginning some time this year.

3. Annual passholders will no longer need park reservations to enter WDW parks after 2pm on weekdays!

For Disneyland:
1. Starting 4/4/23 park hopping will begin at 11am!

2. On select dates in 2023, park tickets will be $104, their lowest one-day, one-park ticket price.

3. In ride photos will be free to guests on the Disneyland app!

4. More opportunities to join the MagicKey program (annual passes) will return in 2023!
