Re: Update on the list of requirements for each category of traveller coming to Boracay/Aklan that will take effect on November 16, 2021, as well as how to obtain a QR code
Via Caticlan Airport:
TOURISTS
I. Have these following documentary requirements ready:
▪︎Vaxcert PH Certification/Vaccination Card with Vaccination certificate from Vaccination Center with Contact Details.
▪︎Negative RT-PCR test result (swab or saliva) with 72 hours validity for Unvaccinated tourists.
▪︎Hotel reservation from DOT accredited establishment with CAO
▪︎Government Issued ID
▪︎Travel details
II. Get OHDC through touristboracay.com. Steps: Choose Boracay - Fill-up the boxes - Follow instruction on the OHDC receipt

Via Kalibo Airport:
RETURNING RESIDENTS
I. Have these following documentary requirements ready:
▪︎Vaxcert PH Certification/Vaccination Card with Vaccination certificate from Vaccination Center with Contact Details.
▪︎Negative RT-PCR test result (swab or saliva) with 72 hours validity for Unvaccinated tourists.
▪︎ Notice of Coordination (NOC) or Letter of Acceptance from LGU-Malay (email request to [email protected])
▪︎Government Issued ID indicating Boracay as home residence
▪︎Travel details
II. Get OHDC through touristboracay.com. Steps: Choose Aklan - Choose Mode of Transportation - Choose TRAVELERS - Fill-up the boxes - Follow instruction on the OHDC receipt
APOR
I. Have these following documentary requirements ready:
▪︎Travel or mission order (APOR-NG)
▪︎LGU Malay Acceptance (PRIVATE APOR)
▪︎Vaxcert PH Certification/Vaccination Card with Vaccination certificate from Vaccination Center with Contact Details.
▪︎Negative RT-PCR test result (swab or saliva) with 72 hours validity for Unvaccinated tourists.
▪︎Hotel reservation from DOT accredited establishment with CAO
▪︎Government Issued ID
▪︎Travel details
