We have officially added BELIZE to our list of client destinations!🥳🥳

We’ve just booked our returning clients for the Sunset Caribe in San Pedro, Belize next year. The hotel is situated on the grounds of the Caribeville resort village with dedicated restaurants, a grocery store, spa and golf cart rentals! It’s one of the newest resorts and is designed condo-style.

Download the app and see if your return airport offers this program. Upon landing, you’ll take a picture, complete your declaration form and any other documents needed. Then you’ll head to a separate line just for MBC travelers at the checkpoint.

I promise, this will save you so much time! And you will avoid long lines.

The DOT has announced some new rules for airlines (and it’s way overdue). Beginning in 6 months, airlines will be required to give cash refunds to passengers of cancelled and significantly delayed flights.

Previously, airlines were able to decide when they’d refund passengers. Now, once a delay is more than 3 hours domestically and 6 hours internationally, you’ll receive a refund if you *do not accept alternative transportation or travel credits the airline may offer*.

In addition, if your bags are lost and not delivered within 12 hours, you’ll receive a cash refund.

Refunds will be issued within 7 days unless the passenger chooses another form of compensation. Refunds are no longer able to be issued in the form of vouchers or credits where a cash refund is entitled.

In the near future, it sounds like there may be some additional rules put into place regarding seating fees, wi-fi and more.
