It is with great excitement and flattery that AAT Kings reports that it has received more than 150 improvement recommendations from its agents on its programs, systems, processes and performance indicators, in order to improve operations and services offered to customers. The two most context-appropriate ideas will be implemented in the coming months.
We reinforce that the failure to implement the selected recommendations will not imply any negative effects on the agents who submitted them, as the promotion of creativity and innovation is an approach that AAT Kings is aware of the risks and opportunities.

As part of AAT King's strategy of creative and innovative improvement of its systems, processes, services and performance indicators, we would like to hear the contributions and inputs of our operational staff on refinement alternatives that influence an improvement of services and, consequently, of our clients.
To this end, we have created a Reward Program to encourage and reward our agents' recommendations on ways to improve components of our operation and service.
Recommended ideas will be evaluated in a poll here on our page, and the agents responsible for the two best ideas will be rewarded with a week of paid recess. Make your recommendations through our chat, here on Facebook, or submit them via email to [email protected].
