The Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF-EID), through Memorandum 5 s. 2021, announced a temporary travel ban for foreign nationals and returning overseas Filipinos that are non-OFW starting March 20- April 19, 2021.

Under the Memorandum, these are the passengers who are allowed and not allowed to enter the Philippines:

TEMPORARILY NOT ALLOWED

-Foreign Nationals
-Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROFs) who are Non-Overseas Filipino Workers (Non-OFWs)

ALLOWED

-9(E) Visa Holders
-Distressed ROFs duly endorsed by the Department of Foreign Affairs-Office of the Undersecretary for Migrant Workers Affairs (DFA-OUMWA)
-Medical Repatriation and their escort/s duly endorsed by Department of Foreign Affairs- Office of the Undersecretary for Migrant Workers Affairs (DFA-OUMWA) or Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA).
-Emergency, humanitarian, and other analogous cases approved by the NTF-Covid-19
