Additional Cancelled Flights Following Technical Disruption

Cebu Pacific would like to inform its passengers that our technical teams are working diligently to restore full functionality to our systems and resume normal operations, following the global service outage that is affecting airlines and businesses.
The IT outage affected a number of our systems, including those we use to check in, board and contact our customers.
Ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers remains our top priority, and we are doing everything possible to resolve the issue promptly.
While we are making progress, as a continued consequence of the global service outage, here are additional flights that are cancelled for July 20:
DG 6193/6194: Manila – Legazpi – Manila
DG 6497: Manila – Cebu
5J 186/185: Manila – Incheon – Manila
5J 279/280: Manila – Denpasar – Manila
5J 464: Iloilo – Manila
5J 563/564: Manila – Cebu – Manila
5J 637/638: Manila – Puerto Princesa – Manila
5J 649/650: Manila – Tacloban – Manila
5J 931/932: Manila – Bangkok – Manila
5J 966: Davao – Manila
5J 3954: Davao – Manila
5J 3958: Davao – Manila
5J 5062/5063: Cebu – Narita – Cebu
Affected passengers have been informed via email and provided with the following options through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking:
1. Free Rebooking
Rebook without fare difference for travel up to thirty (30) days from original flight date. The fare difference will apply if the travel period is beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date.
2. Travel Fund
Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)
3. Refund
Full refund of your ticket.
Cebu Pacific is also offering flexible options, which include free rebooking and travel fund, to passengers who wish to postpone their flights scheduled up to July 21, 2024. They may avail themselves of these options through the Manage Booking portal of the CEB website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure.
This is a developing situation, and some flight changes may take place in the coming days. Passengers are advised to check the status of their flights via https://www.cebupacificair.com/flight-status.
To reduce congestion, affected passengers are also advised not to proceed to the airport.
