There are several new cruise ships launching this year!

⭐ Star of the Seas
Star of the Seas is a cruise ship currently under construction for Royal Caribbean International. It will be the second vessel in the Icon-class series, following the debut of Icon of the Seas. Scheduled to enter service on August 31, 2025, Star of the Seas will have its homeport at Port Canaveral, Florida and sail the Caribbean.

✨ Disney Destiny
Disney Destiny, the seventh cruise ship owned and operated by Disney Cruise Line, is set to debut on November 20, 2025. Following the launch of her sister ships, Disney Wish in June 2022 and Disney Treasure in December 2024, Disney Destiny will showcase an exciting villains-and-heroes theme. Homeported at Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, she will offer captivating Caribbean itineraries.

🩵 Norwegian Aqua
Norwegian Aqua, the newest addition to NCL's groundbreaking Prima Class, takes innovation to the next level. Experience unique, first-of-its-kind attractions like the thrilling Aqua Slidecoaster, and relax in an even greater selection of spacious suites designed for ultimate comfort. Sailing from Miami and New York, Norwegian Aqua will feature routes to the Caribbean.

🌟 Star Princess
Princess Cruises is set to debut Star Princess in October 2025, offering voyages through the Mediterranean. As the 17th ship in the Princess Cruises fleet, Star Princess will be powered by environmentally friendly LNG fuel technology. Guests can enjoy expanded dining options, enhanced leisure experiences, and non-smoking casino areas. This ship will join Sun Princess as the second vessel in Princess's innovative Sphere Class.

❤️ Brilliant Lady
The Brilliant Lady, Virgin Voyages' fourth Lady Ship, will offer an array of itineraries across North America, including sailings from Miami, Los Angeles, New York, Seattle, and Alaska. Purposefully designed for versatility, the ship will be capable of navigating the Panama Canal and exploring rugged landscapes with ease.

🧡 Celebrity Xcel (honorable mention)
Celebrity Xcel is set to debut in November 2025, offering Caribbean sailings from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale. There is so much to do and see in Croatia! Here are just 5 things we recommend for clients traveling to Croatia.

🏞️ Plitvice National Park
Plitvice National Park, located in Croatia, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its stunning natural beauty. The park is home to 16 terraced lakes, interconnected by 90 cascading waterfalls, creating a mesmerizing landscape. The lakes are divided into Upper and Lower Lakes, with the vibrant colors of the water, ranging from azure to emerald green, changing throughout the day due to mineral content and sunlight.

Where are the BEST spots to grab a drink at Walt Disney World? Here's a list of our top 5!

🌌 Oga's Cantina
Located in Galaxy's Edge at Disney's Hollywood Studios has interesting drinks with ingredients from across the galaxy. There are specialties for kids as well as adults. If you can't snag a coveted reservation, try joining the walk up waitlist while in the park. Of note: most tables are standing tables and you have 45 minutes to enjoy the cantina.

🥃 Nomad Lounge
Nomad Lounge is at Disney's Animal Kingdom near Tiffins restaurant. Resesrvations are not accepted; it's walk up waitlist only. They offer specailty cocktails and should absolutely try the churros! Ask for a table on the terrace for a nice water view.

🗿 Trader Sam's Grog Grotto
Located at Disney's Polynesian Resort, Trader Sam's Grog Grotto is THE spot! Order specialty tiki drinks to make volcano's erupt, summon a thunderstorm, etc. Kids are welcome until 8 pm. Trader Sam's Tiki Terrace is available with a very similar menu if you can't get a reservation for Trader Sam's Grog Grotto.

🥀 Enchanted Rose
The Enchanted Rose is a Beauty and the Beast themed lounge at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. It's an excellent spot to grab an evening cocktail!

🍺 Baseline Taphouse
Enjoy this cheery corner pub featuring California brews and wine at Disney's Hollywood Studios. They have excellent snacks including a charcuterie board and a giant pretzel with dipping sauces.

📝 Plan Ahead
Lock in the best prices and secure availability for popular destinations by starting your travel planning at least 6–9 months in advance. Early planning ensures you have access to the best accommodations, flights, and experiences before they sell out. Some destinations require planning 12+ months in advance!

💵 Create a Budget
Outline how much you’d like to spend on trip expenses, including flights, accommodations, activities, and meals. Building a budget early helps you prioritize your splurges, like unique experiences or luxury stays, while staying on track financially.

🗓️ Be Strategic
If your schedule allows, be flexible with your travel dates to take advantage of lower prices on flights and accommodations. Midweek departures and shoulder seasons often offer significant savings. Check the calendar for festivals, national holidays, or peak travel times in your destination. These can either enhance your trip with unique experiences or impact availability and costs.

🚁 Prioritize Experiences
Focus on meaningful activities and cultural immersion rather than trying to do it all. A well-balanced itinerary leaves room for spontaneity and relaxation.

🚐 Pre-Arranged Transfers
If at all possible, schedule your airport/excursion transfers in advance. This way you don’t have to negotiate a rate with a Taxi because you’ve likely already paid for the transfer.
Additionally, you won’t end up stranded if there is no alternate transportation available. If you book a private transfer, you won’t have to stop at other hotels or resorts along the way.

🚨 Stay Alert
Always pay attention to your surroundings when you’re traveling and leave unnecessary valuables at home. Pick pockets are widely present across Europe and petty theft is common in the Caribbean. Do your best to stay alert so you don’t become a victim.
Pro Tip: don’t store all your cash and credit cards in one location. It’s better to keep some cash/cards in your wallet, some in your partner’s bag, some in a passport belt, etc. In the event something is stollen, you’ll still have some funds left.

📘 Passport Safety
Always protect your passport. In Europe always carry it with you in an inside pocket of a bag. The more zippers to go through, the better. Many people like passport belts for traveling in Europe. In the Caribbean, be sure to store your passports securely in the hotel room safe or in a secure location. Don’t leave passport laying out in the open. Know where the US embassy or consulate office is in the country you are traveling to ahead of time, just in case. The Smart Traveler app is very helpful for this!

🌅 Stay in After Dark
If you’re visiting a country with known crime, stay in after dark. In the Caribbean, don’t leave the resort after nightfall. There’s usually plenty of entertainment on property, as well as dining. It’s fine to explore the destination during the day, but plan to return before the sun goes down.

The best time to visit Victoria Falls is between March & May, just after the rainy season. This is when the falls are fullest and the most dramatic. 💦 In November or early December the water level of the Zambezi Rivier drops, which means the falls can dry up. Seeing the dry rock face can be disappointing if you're expecting to see the rushing falls. 🪨 📲 Let us help you expertly plan your trip to Africa so you don't miss this spectacular site!

There are several moments that get me emotional when visiting Walt Disney World. Of course, there's the fireworks, sentimental moments from my childhood, memories of taking my kids... and then there's walking down Main Street USA.
